Loading the APSI 2025 Course Template

Updated on

Download the course template

There are three templates, one for each week that the APSI meets.  To load it into your course, you'll need to first download the appropriate file.  You'll then be loading this file into your APSI course.  If you're teaching more than one week, you'll need to download multiple template files:

Find your course

Navigate to the course site that you would like to copy the template into. Note that the section number of your course will indicate which week the course will be used for:

  • Section 20 is for the July 21 - 25 APSI
  • Section 21 is for the July 28 - August 1 APSI
  • Section 22 is for the August 4 - 8 APSI

In Moodle, the section number is indicated by parentheses.  For example, if you're teaching EDAP 619 English Language and Composition for all three weeks, then:

  • "EDAP 619 English Language AP Teachers (20) [25B]" is for the July 21 - 25 APSI
  • "EDAP 619 English Language AP Teachers (21) [25B]" is for the July 28 - August 1 APSI
  • "EDAP 619 English Language AP Teachers (22) [25B]"  is for the August 4 - 8 APSI

You'll find these courses listed on your dashboard.

If you're teaching more than one week, you'll also see a course with multiple section numbers.  For example, in the above case you'd also see EDAP 619 English Language AP Teachers (20,21,22).  Ignore those courses in Moodle; you should be using the courses with only one section number in the parentheses.
